Our mission is to provide the highest caliber, most professional instruction on San Juan Island. We specialize in programs that create leaner, stronger, more flexible and well balanced bodies. We are fully qualified to assist your physical therapist and other specialists with a rehabilitation program through corrective exercise therapy. The Studio offers individual and semi-private sessions in the Pilates method plus a dynamic schedule of group exercise classes.

What is Pilates?

Core strength, torso stability and body awareness sets Pilates apart from many other methods of exercise. It emphasizes quality over quantity. Doing each exercise with precision, yields results in a shorter time than one would ever imagine. One of the most popular exercise systems in the country, Pilates works well for a wide range of people. Athletes and dancers love it, and it's a useful tool in various stages of rehabilitation.

How do I sign up for a group class?

Go to our "Online Booking System" and login to your existing account or create a new account. Then click  on the "Sign Up" button for the class you want to take.

What's the deal with Private Sessions?

One-on-one sessions are one of the best and most effective ways to get amazing results! Sessions are one hour and are designed specifically for you. We will chat with you prior to your first session and develop a program that best suits your needs and goals.

Can I do the Private Sessions with a friend?

Yes! Training with a friend is a great way to still get the personal attention and results while also making it more fun. We offer a special duet and small group of 3 pricing.

How do I schedule a Private Session?

Email us at or call us at 360.378.0928 to get started. It is helpful if you include your preferred times of day and days of the week.

I have a shoulder/back/knee injury. Can I do Pilates?

Yes, we know countless modifications for different injuries and limitations. We highly recommend making an appointment for a private session before joining group classes in order to learn how to modify exercises appropriately for your condition.

What happens if I am on the wait list for a class?

You will get an email notifying you if you have been added to the class off the wait list.

What should I wear?

Wear clothes that allow free range of motion and coverage when you are lying down on equipment with your feet in the air. But try not to wear something too loose fitting, it is important for the instructor to be able to observe your body move. You may go bare foot or are more than welcome to wear ToeSox.

How often do you recommend coming to class?

Our class schedule is designed so that you can come every day! We vary the moves frequently so you never get bored and different classes will vary the emphasis so you are not overworking any part of your body. Pilates mat and/or equipment sessions 2-3 times a week combined with our other group classes is an excellent combination. Like any exercise program, consistency is the key!

What should I bring to class?

No shoes are required and ToeSox are encouraged. We have water so you can refill your personal water bottle plus towels for you to use during class. We also have cubbies for your shoes and other personal items.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all sessions and group classes. If you have an unlimited membership, you will incur a late cancel charge of $10. If you have a series package (10-class pack) you will lose the session credit. We have a limited number of equipment and there's a high-demand for some of our classes. So if you cancel at the last minute, that's a spot that could've gone to someone else. Since you signed up for the class online, please cancel the class online. Of course, we will make exceptions for emergencies but please no hangovers.
