Our mission is to provide the highest caliber, most professional instruction on San Juan Island. We specialize in programs that create leaner, stronger, more flexible and well balanced bodies. We are fully qualified to assist your physical therapist and other specialists with a rehabilitation program through corrective exercise therapy. The Studio offers individual and semi-private sessions in the Pilates method plus a dynamic schedule of group exercise classes.

Ready to challenge your workouts with high intensity, powerful movements at faster tempos? This class has 30 second timed interval sets combining TRX and cardio drills. Guaranteed to keep your heart rate pumping and burning mega calories while you're engaged in intense body conditioning. All levels welcome.

Engage all your muscles with this non-stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility with this total-body conditioning program. We set the reps, you set the intensity. All core all the time! All levels welcome.

TRX Fusion classes combine TRX Suspension Training, TRX/RIP Training, BOSU/medicine/stability balls, and cardio all performed in a circuit. TRX Fusion Training provides a unique mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, strength, mobility, metablolic conditioning, balance and coordination challenges. All fitness levels are welcome.

TRX/RIP Training is the latest innovation from TRX. RIP was designed by martial arts experts. In class we use a trainer bar attached to a resistance cord to work your body in 3-D, striking and rotating all ranges and planes of motion. All fitness levels are welcome.

Combines the strength training of TRX, with cardio workout of Indo-Row. Transition between the two formats, for a fast paced, fun workout. Indoor tennis shoes required. All fitness levels are welcome.
