Our Pilates Reformer class with heart pumping fitness drills & killer music for a high-intensity full body workout. Expect to jump, curl, plank, hold, pulse, shake, smile, repeat. In addition to the reformer, we will use jump boards, TRX, weights, bands & other props for amazing results.

You will fall in love with this classic Pilates Reformer class that fuses modalities like barre, yoga, suspension and fitness Expect to move your body in all planes of motion and mobilize your spine in flexion, rotation, lateral flexion and extension.
