PILATES EQUIPMENT
Pilates equipment sessions are tailored to assist individuals and small groups with goals ranging from weight loss and body toning to pain management, core stabilization and joint mobilization. A BASI certified Pilates instructor will work with you on the full range of equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac and Chair. We require 3-5 private sessions as a pre-requisite for understanding how to use the Pilates equipment in a group environment.
PILATES MAT
Our Pilates Mat class offers a complete workout, based on the fundamental BASI principles. Classes are appropriate for beginners, yet challenging for the seasoned Pilates practitioner. You will work deeply to improve posture, core strength, balance and flexibility. All fitness levels welcome.

Pilates Mat for Osteoporosis
Safe, bone strengthening and balance improving exercise program within the framework on a Pilates mat setting. There is a specific focus on posture correction and intrascapular muscle strengthening. Osteoporosis classes are mostly conducted with the spine in “neutral” or “extension” to prevent injury. No exercises involving flexion, rotation or bending are incorporated into Osteoporosis classes as they can be harmful to those with reduced bone mass. All levels welcome. This class is safe for Osteoporosis and a must for everyone.
PowerHouse Row
Looking for a way to jump start your cardio and work on your powerhouse? Powerhouse Row combines our Indoor-Water Rowers with Mat Pilates. This class offers an intimate setting for the student and instructor. We begin class with a 30 minute, music driven rowing class that challenges your cardiovascular system. Then we transfer to the mat for balance with a challenging core/powerhouse workout. All fitness levels welcome. Indoor tennis shoes required.
